Terms and Conditions

 PSTrading Terms and Conditions Effective Date: December 7, 2025:


Please  read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the PSTrading website (the "Service," "Site") operated by PSTrading ("us,"  "we," or "our"). Your  access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of  and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors,  users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.By  accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If  you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission  to access the Service.

1. Purchases, Financial Transactions, and Service Changes- If  you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the  Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information  relevant to your Purchase, including your payment and shipping details.

  • Payment & Authorization: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any  payment method provided and that all information supplied is true and  complete. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge  the applicable amount for your order, including any sales tax and  shipping fees.
  • Order Acceptance/Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for  reasons including product or service availability, errors in  pricing/description, suspected fraud, or an unauthorized transaction.
  • Withdrawal and Cancellation of Services: We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services, reject fulfillment  of an order, or terminate an account at any time at our sole  discretion, especially in cases of non-compliance with these Terms,  suspected fraud, or other unlawful behavior.

2. Product Information and Liability Management- We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, pricing, and site  operation. However, we do not guarantee that all information or the functionality of the Site will always be error-free.

  • Information Errors: We do not warrant that product listings, prices, descriptions, or  images are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the  right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without  prior notice.
  • Website Downtime: We are not liable for any website downtime, interruptions in service,  or data loss. We make no warranty that the Service will be  uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall PSTrading be liable for any indirect, incidental,  special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits,  data, or use) resulting from your access to or inability to access or  use the Service.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright Rules The Service and all content, including text, graphics, images, logos, and  all trademarks (including those of The Pokémon Company International,  Inc., Nintendo, etc.), are the exclusive property of PSTrading and their  respective owners.

  • Allowed Use: You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use related to purchasing products.
  • Forbidden Use: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit,  distribute, or use any content from the Service for commercial purposes  without our express prior written permission.
  • Attribution: Proper attribution is required for any permitted use of our content.
  • No Adaptation: You may not adapt, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the site.

4. User Behavior and Account Management- By using the Service, you agree to follow certain rules for behavior. We  reserve the right to enforce these rules and manage user accounts  accordingly.

  • Prohibited Behavior: You are forbidden from engaging in unlawful behavior, transmitting hate  speech, bullying, sending promotions or spam, or posting inappropriate  content on our Site (e.g., reviews, forum posts).
  • Account Termination/Disabling: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior  notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without  limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use  the Service will immediately cease.

Return and Refund Policy

 PSTrading Return Policy- We  want you to be satisfied with your purchase from PSTrading. Please read  our return policy carefully to understand your options. By making a  purchase with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Window- We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility and Condition of Items- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, with all security seals intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Sealed Products: Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, and other  factory-sealed merchandise must be returned unopened and in perfect,  sealed condition.
  • Individual Cards (Singles): Due to market volatility and potential for condition disputes, all sales of individual trading cards are considered FINAL and cannot be returned unless they were damaged in transit or  fundamentally misrepresented in the product description (e.g., you  ordered a Near Mint card and received a Damaged card).

We cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened, used, or altered in any way.3. Non-Returnable Items- The following items cannot be returned:

  • Pokémon card packs, boxes, or decks.
  • Individual trading cards (singles).
  • Gift cards.
  • "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is" items.

4. Damaged or Defective Products- Please  inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is  defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us  immediately at [Insert your business email address] so we can evaluate  the issue and make it right.If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.5. Return Process (Buyer's Remorse/General Return)If you simply change your mind about an eligible, sealed product:

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at [Insert your business email address] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.  We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing  shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned  item.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the  approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be  processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original  method of payment within [e.g., 7 to 10] business days.
